Font Usage License for Anyetipo updated in 2014.

By purchasing the Font Usage License from ANYETIPO:

You are granted a License (without transferring ownership) to use the font software, allowing you to view and use it graphically in all types of printed materials you deem appropriate.You are authorized to make a backup copy of the fonts.The fonts can be installed on a maximum of three workstations or CPUs (Central Processing Units), one printer port, and one film recorder simultaneously, within a single location.For filming and printing services in other locations, documents must be sent in PDF or any similar format where the fonts are integrated, and the original fonts should not be included.You are authorized to integrate the fonts into multimedia system programs and websites, provided that the end users of these products do not have access to the original fonts (they should not be able to copy them for later use).Additional licenses are required if the fonts are to be used on a network or across multiple computers.

Guarantee:

The functionality of the fonts is guaranteed for life, within the operating systems existing at the time of purchase.We are not responsible for indirect, accidental, special, or consequential damages related to or resulting from our fonts. The customer is only entitled to a free replacement if it is proven that the font stops working due to reasons unrelated to the customer. In case of damage from misuse, internal manipulation, loss, or system changes, the customer will be required to pay for shipping and any updates if applicable.

Limitations:

This license is valid only with the purchase invoice and payment receipt, specifying: the sale date, customer details (including tax identification, postal address), requested fonts, and the number of authorized devices.This license does not authorize you to lend, gift, rent, or sell this software, either fully or partially, to third parties, nor to transform, decompile, or create derivative products without proper authorization from ANYETIPO.

Termination:

This license terminates immediately without notice if the terms are violated. In such cases, you must destroy all software and copies of it, as well as any printed materials related to it. Print and keep a copy of this License if we have not sent it to you.
